Cancel Items or Orders

When I place an order

To place an order, add your item(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. Fill in your personal information and payment information and you are good to go!
When an order is placed successfully, we will send you a confirmation through email.
If you have not received a confirmation message, contact us an email or Whatsapp and we will help you asap.

When will I receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the different services you choose. Usually within 2-4 businesses days (standard shipping), if exceed the date please contact us.

Can I change and cancel my order?

All orders can change and you can cancel your order before your order is dispatched. However, once your order is dispatched, we are unable to change or cancel your order

What if I received the wrong order?

If there’s an occasion when we delivered you the wrong order, shoot us an email and we will help you asap.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you’re pleased with your purchase from us, but if you do need to return or exchange anything, you’ve got 7 days to.

We cannot return a product if it has been personalized in anyway. If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

You can also return or exchange your purchase with the same price amount of products. Don’t forget your proof of purchase.

Safety and Allergy Precaution

All products from Sezon contain Ethanol (95%+), Essential oils and Fragrance oil.

Sezon perfumes are flammable. Do not apply near fire, flame, heat or while smoking.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not swallow or take perfume internally.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not apply to sensitive skin. Do not apply to broken or inflamed skin. If irritation develops, reduce frequency or discontinue use.
Avoid wearing on areas that are exposed to the sun. Many of the essential oils and alcohol present in most perfumes could cause a rash or burning when the skin covered with this oil is exposed to the sun.

If you have allergic tendencies, please wear your perfume with caution and test it on a small area of the skin first to ensure that the perfume is safe for regular use. If you develop any allergic reactions, stop using the product immediately and seek professional advice from doctors.
